Threatlogix at a Glance | Who Uses ThreatLogix | Meeting Today's Requirements | Frequently Asked Questions

ThreatLogix is primarily used by Company Security Officers (CSOs) and Ship Security Officers (SSOs) in commercial shipping. However, it can also benefit other organizations involved in maritime transportation, particularly P&I Clubs, financial institutions, yachts and ports. It may be beneficial to any party interested in risk management assessments for ships.

  • Helps SSOs - gets the information to them without having to go through additional layers of bureaucracy. (Gets them the direct information they need without having to go through CSO.)
  • Helps CSOs/ship owners - provides the ability to delegate authority of creating threat assessment reports to SSOs.
  • Helps P&I Clubs – promoting or offering ThreatLogix as a service to clientele reduces exposure, thus assisting in the reduction of claims
  • Helps financial institutions – aids in assessing the risk associated with existing or potential shipping clientele.
  • Helps yachts – helps them prepare for piracy and other risks associated with a particular voyage.
  • Helps ports – aids in assessing the risk associated with incoming ships based on their itineraries.

Note: Due to popular demand, we are currently exploring thorough customization of ThreatLogix to other areas, including ports and yachts. Please contact for more information.
